The product I chose was faulty and I was sent a replacement that failed again so I was sent a refund. Having said all this, the customer service was excellent. They responded in good time and made it easy to make a complaint and then resolved the issue quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again as the after sales service is excellent and hence the 5 stars. Thank you Issy

I am really thankful for the great team at Active Era. My bed had a problem, and when I reported it, they responded quickly and sent me a new one. The customer service of this company is excellent, and you can trust them.

Having contacted Active Era about a fault with our airbed, the service we received from Karen was efficient, prompt and led to a satisfactory outcome of a replacement product which was sent to us very quickly. Karen was very friendly and professional. We cannot fault the excellent customer service she provided.

Update from 14/06/2024: Sad story below with happy end - I was contacted by customer service next day after sharing details and they offered to replace the faulty item - thumbs up for AE customer service (Emma!). So changing my review to 5 stars - this company worth it I bought a premium airbed with built-in pump in the middle of February 2024 to use it as my permanent bed and for the first 1.5 month it was ok - it kept air fine, but after this air started to leak from the seams all around the bed. I was using it according user’s manual so not really sure why it started to leak. I can’t recommend this product as it doesn’t last long
