Never received item. The tracking number I received was invalid. I contacted customer service and they insisted the item was delivered. Tried inputting the tracking number into the UPS site - invalid. Surprised that such a legitimate store, which used to be popular, engages in such a shady practice. Edit: I reached out to customer service again, which contacted UPS who told them the package was lost, and they refunded me for my item!

Aero is cool! Sometimes they do have this offer and it is so affordable! We love to order through online and we don't have hassle as what others were experiencing. As Christmas were approaching, we are waiting for the grandest sale! Thank you Aero and more power!
