I called today and the wait time was a bit excessive but completely understandable. I had a very knowledgeable associate help me re-booked my trip. I was completely grateful for the help and assistance. I would definitely in this time we use book it.com for the great customer service I experience today. I really could’ve asked for any better help than I have received.

Book it was very easy to maneuver and folks we dealt with were outstanding. We r one week out and called to make sure there wasn’t a better deal available. Young lady we dealt with was patient with all our questions and extremely helpful. There was better pricing available and ended up doing a sizable upgrade for our HardRock Cancun vacation.
