I now own multiple pairs of Chinese Laundry heels, love ALL of them. So comfortable and great quality. I always get compliments.

ordering and delivery went well. Product lasted a week before the snap button broke. I plan on fixing it, seems that would be easier than sending back, and they didn't have my size anymore. the snap buttons didn't seem stable they kept unsnapping but the shoe is still cute. Good thing I got it on sale.

Shipping is prompt and returns are easy. The only thing I would point out is that the footwear in my most recent three pairs ran small. Perhaps my feet are getting larger! ;) So... I would just advise to read the reviews and/or double check size chart. Many of their styles are pretty!
