eBags – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I'd never you used ebags before come on but took advantage of their sale and ordered a ebags brand tote bag and a pair of Royce lambskin gloves. The bag was sturdy, smooth and comfortable to carry. The zippers are all well-installed and the many extra zipper pockets are handy. But I was thrilled with the gloves! They were fashionable (with a tiny leather bow at the wrist) and buttter-soft. The lining is warm and insulating, so I look forward to winter!

I purchased a coat for my daugher's birthday. It was the wrong size. I contacted Ebags about the exchange and they don't do "exchanges" I had to return the item and then reorder. I returned the original coat and received a refund. When I went to purchase the new one (after teh holiday sales) it was $62 more. I contacted customer service and they honored the price that I paid and are returning the $62 to my account. Whatever their issue might have been, I have had a good experience so far.

Customer service was amazing. They ship immediately. My bag had to ship all the way across the country and was here 2 days after i placed an order! & my bag was absolutely perfect.

Awesome bag for those who travel often. It has tons of compartments for separating all the different characters items you may carry. Plus, they have excellent customer support. My bag unfortunately never made it in my hands through postage and they were quick to make sure I was delivered a bag two days after emailing them. Very happy with my service and customer care.

I am so glad I did not listen to all the negative comments. If I would have listened I would Have never gotten the laptop mobile spinner I had been wanting for a long time. I am so please with the service I received. I was able to Track every step on my deliver down to exactly when and who received my Packet. I am so pleased and not to mention so happy to have my laptop bag!! eBay is awesome and reasonable price for my samsonite bag!!! Thank you Ebag!
