EE Mobile – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

We had no broadband after the big storm last week; and I couldn't fault the service from EE. Quick to get through to them over the phone, the call handler (Kat L from EE Plymouth) went through a load of remote tests and concluded that our router was faulty. She ordered a new one for us which arrived the following day (against an expectation of 3-5 days). She even sent me her contact details at EE so I could contact her again if needed. I've always found EE customer service to be excellent so am surprised to see so many bad reviews. And I'm writing this without having been asked to do so by EE. Makes a change when so many companies hound you for a (positive) review.

I had trouble setting up and connecting my watch to my phone. I rang EE and what a refreshing surprise- i was connected very quickly via initial message to a page asking for quick description. This then triggered a call which connected me to a representative and straight away. My problem was sorted quickly, professionally, and the call handler was so lovely and friendly. I had to call back 24 hours later and the same! No waiting to be put through- straight away connected and to another lovely representative. EE must have invested in training and processes to buck the trend (of what is usually a frustrating experience) to fantastic customer service - well done EE :)

Went in to the Leicester Store in the city centre on Sunday 4 August and spoken to Aaron, after having some awful service at o2, I told him to see if I could combine my EE broadband and my phone into one collective. We went into detail and although I went in looking for a price, I couldn’t get one because of my service with o2, but overall he was so helpful on many ways as he could be. He was so lovely and helpful and I will definitely be back and to definitely be served by him. I really hope he gets to see this as I was very stressed when I walked into the store, but he was so lovely, he is an absolute credit to your team!

I can't understand why so many are unhappy with EE Yes most of the store advisors seem disinterested......but ring EE and my experience has nearly always good..... Yes sometimes it's a bit of a wait and signal isn't everything everywhere...but I've been with other networks alot worse
