Gregory – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Shocking material quality - avoid at all costs. The lifetime warranty is a scam. I contacted the customer service team (Jake) and they put my issue down to 'wear and tear'. The materials on the inside are literally peeling off and going all over my luggage, it is material failure from Gregory's manufacturer and nothing to do with wear and tear. Broken zips and seams are wear and tear. Absolutely hopeless quality and even worse customer service.

Lower quality of materials and service. My third pack from Gregory in 25 years. First two took a lot of wear - one is still going strong - but the third was bought in June 2023 and after 6 months a toggle broke. After 11 months a clip holding the chest strap broke. Now in UK trying to get a repair. Complicated and impersonal and I'll have to pay. So much for the guarantee!

Had fantastic customer service experience. Nothing wrong with the pack but had a problem after year of usage with the valve of the reservoirs. Customer service was fantastic and sorted me out very quick and efficient with free of charge new part!

Bought a backpack from Gregory.com. The belt buckle broke within 2 uses (2 weeks) of having it as I hike once a week. Gregory then sent me 2 buckles telling me I can replace them- well I cannot they are sewn in. Now they want me to pay my own shipping to send the backpack in? After their product failed me. Ha.... Then every email I send back to correspond with the team member helping me bounces back, which I have to restart a whole new inquiry each time. Absolutely ridiculous. I used to be hardcore Gregory fan.

I ordered a daypack from Gregory. I am from Denmark. I wrote to customer service first to ask from where the packs were shipped as I was worried about shipping and customs costs. They replied that it would be sent from Germany, i.e. within the EU. So there would be no issues with customs etc. I then ordered the daypack and two days later it arrived by UPS (and I was able to track the shipment until it arrived). So all very fast and smooth. No problems whatsoever.
