Took my money, never sent the bags, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OF THIS WEBSITE

I ordered a bag that was never delivered. I tried contacting the company via emails and instagram direct messages but no one would respond to any of the messages. Please DON’T buy from this company it’s a scam!

Worst company ever! Ordered a bag on the 4th October and still not received it, despite being told I would definitely receive it last week (states on their website 8 days for UK orders). They have now stopped replying to messages after I told them the bag still hasn't arrived and requested a refund.

I have bought a purse and it came incomplete. In the box, there’s no purse belt, locker and its tag. I have been contacting Lemiendesigns by email and on instagram but they are not responding to my email and messages and when they respond they are lying and they keep postponing sending the belt and the accessories. I still haven’t received the package yet

Do not order from this website . I ordered a bag on the 30th May 22 and paid for special delivery. I have sent emails asking where the bag is and they have ignored me . It’s now the 17th of June and still no bag . I had a response on the 10th June on instagram saying that this would be sorted immediately. Still no response . I’ve read comments on instagram posts and people have also been making the same complaints . I will be taking this further , it’s a shame as it’s a waste of everyone’s time . What a poorly run business with 0 communication skills.
