The technical support was good, I recently bought a kit and I absolutely love it!

Shopping at this toy store is a breeze, and my children are always thrilled with their new toys. The website is user-friendly, and the shipping is prompt and reliable.

I had a few issues trying to order something from their website as the advertised discount wasn't working for me. Their customer service team have been really helpful assisting in what must have been an add blocker or similar issue, and have managed to resolve this for me in another way, getting the desired result. My 9 year old twin girls loved this pack and while they spent a bit of time in the astronaut training tank they spent ages with the cube which showed them so many elements of the different planets. They put the orrery together themselves "if you looked closely you were able to see all the facts that the different planets. It's such a fun way to learn different things about space. " One was already quite space obsessed but was learning new things "I didn't even know that Mars had moons and we could actually see them! You could literally explore Saturn and Mars - it was AWESOME!"

I recently bought the Let's Explore: Space Mega Pack for my 9 year old son for his birthday last week and I'm not sure he's done anything else since! He is obsessed with Space and LOVED the Astronaut Training VR experience, he's now pestering me to take him to NASA as he wants to become an astronaut... Money well spent!
