LOOK Optic – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I was really excited to purchase these glasses through my HSA. I selected 2 business days for extra cost. Four days later, my package wasn't even delivered. I had to call them to report this issue. They issued me a refund for the extra shipping. My glasses came in 8 days later. I ordered the Laurel and Cosmo frames which I will be returning. I've already started the refund process which is also disappointing because they charge you for handling! The glasses are not made for folks with low bridge. They do not have any options on their website for low bridge, and the material is so cheap. I wouldn't recommend this brand. Similar to other reviewers, these are more like very expensive readers than progressive glasses. I have a progressive glasses where the top is me to be able to see out further, and different prescription for reading up close. This brand should really look into reshaping their branding narrative, customer service, and commitments to the customer.

I was stunned to see the difference. Have always purchased cheap readers. I put these on it was amazing. I have never had a better pair of readers. Absolutely worth every penny!!!!

The readers we got have better optical lenses than most - we've tried several sellers. They are much lighter and more comfortable than Peepers or Renee's Readers. The benefit of LookOptic is that their glasses are very light and comfortable, plus the optical quality of the lenses is superior to most (including Peepers and ThinOptics). Also, their customer service is excellent. The main disadvantage is that they don't have quarter strengths - like I need 1.25 but they only carry 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, etc. I find this to be a SERIOUS failure on their part because anyone who needs an in between magnification is completely out of luck. Exchanges are free and easy and they give you a return label for them. Returns are also straightforward but a $6 return fee applies. I would buy more of their glasses if they had the in between strengths.

I purchased a pair of glasses a few months back and recently the lens popped out…the lenses are held in by what looks like fishing line and I couldn’t get it to stay in. After reading the reviews I was skeptical about the customer service but decided to try anyway! My experience couldn’t have been better! I called and left a message and within an hour, I received a call back from customer service who gave me a code for a free replacement pair. They arrived about 2 weeks later!!

Excellent. Got my glasses quickly. They are super comfortable and stylish. I would love to order more.
