LOOK Optic – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I am writing a review because I am continually getting texts from Lookoptic. I have replied with STOP many times. I have reported the texts from Lookoptic as junk/spam countless times. Lookoptic just continues to send texts despite this. I have NEVER had a business continue to text me after I replied STOP. I have tried CALLING but nothing seems to stop the constant texting from Lookoptic. I am trying to find out who I can report this to and decided to write reviews to see if it will stop. It’s harassing to disregard that I don’t want to receive texts from them!

The progressives are awful. Customer service process laughable.

The readers we got have better optical lenses than most - we've tried several sellers. They are much lighter and more comfortable than Peepers or Renee's Readers. The benefit of LookOptic is that their glasses are very light and comfortable, plus the optical quality of the lenses is superior to most (including Peepers and ThinOptics). Also, their customer service is excellent. The main disadvantage is that they don't have quarter strengths - like I need 1.25 but they only carry 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, etc. I find this to be a SERIOUS failure on their part because anyone who needs an in between magnification is completely out of luck. Exchanges are free and easy and they give you a return label for them. Returns are also straightforward but a $6 return fee applies. I would buy more of their glasses if they had the in between strengths.

I purchased a pair of glasses a few months back and recently the lens popped out…the lenses are held in by what looks like fishing line and I couldn’t get it to stay in. After reading the reviews I was skeptical about the customer service but decided to try anyway! My experience couldn’t have been better! I called and left a message and within an hour, I received a call back from customer service who gave me a code for a free replacement pair. They arrived about 2 weeks later!!

Excellent. Got my glasses quickly. They are super comfortable and stylish. I would love to order more.
