Malmaison – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Malmaison Birmingham We had a truly memorable experience during our recent stay at Malmaison Birmingham. My partner and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and decided that we’d like to head back to where we met. We felt so lucky! Our stay from start to end was brilliant. All staff we met were brilliant. However, there was a shining star when we met Warren as our waiter. Our two friends were late but the restaurant held our table regardless. Our waiter, Warren was a breath of fresh air! Handsome, charismatic and totally charming he guided us through both the wine and food menu with eloquence. At the end of dinner we spoke more and we were delighted to hear that Warren is studying chemistry at The University of Birmingham. He’s just had a gap year in San Fran. It was great to hear his tales of the city! Warren made our night even more special and unique. We really hope that he does well in the perfumery business. Chanel will have their new shining star! Xxxx

A shout out to the excellent and professional staff at Malmaison, Dundee. I have visited 3 times so far and each visit has been exceptional. A very welcoming and warm atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and the food and drinks choices are really good, I would highly recommend their cocktails 🍹. Although I haven't stayed as a guest I have seen their rooms and they are superb. They have a lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy their wonderful cocktails and excellent food. Also great views over the River Tay. Definitely worth a visit even, like me, you just want to stop off for drinks or food or both. I would like to give a special mention to Jordan, Dale, Amy and James, thanks guys for making my visits so enjoyable 😊🥰

We stayed at Newcastle Malmaison and the reception and cleaning staff were really helpful and friendly. A special mention should go to Tessie who was looking after guests at breakfast. She was super polite and did everything she could to make it a great experience. My wife was not well and she helped me to organise bring some breakfast up to the room for her 😊

Just spent a weekend at Malmaison with my son who is a student in Aberdeen. Amanda Brack and her team have been excellent yet again. Nothing is a problem. Great location comfy rooms and lovely bar. Until next time!

We stayed at Malmaison Liverpool Saturday 16th February. I wanted to write this review to say a big Thankyou to Taylor who made our lovely cocktails and to Rebecca who was our waitress. Both were wonderful with us. As were Cat and Ivan’s who served our breakfast and went above and beyond with our dietary requirements. All staff so attentive, polite and friendly. Excellent standards of customer service. Thankyou all for a wonderful stay. Jo
