This is our 3rd week of trying Mindful chef and we love it so far. We no longer need to shop day to day for meals trying to think of what to get - now we can choose tasty and healthy meals that only take about 30 mins to prepare with no food waste. My wife is also dairy and gluten intolerant and has found the choice of recipes excellent. We currently get 3 meals for 2 per week and we've also tried the healthy ready meals for those days when we really are short of time. Recommended!
