Moosejaw – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

This was my first experience with Moosejaw and I was a little concerned after reading the negative reviews on this site. My fears were unfounded. The price point was great + I scored an extra military discount. My order was placed on Monday. It arrived on Friday and was exactly as I expected. Great, fast service, at an affordable price---what more can you ask for?

I've been a Moosejaw customer for 2-3 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Well, okay, often their website is glitchy and requires refreshing the page. Otherwise, I've run through the gamut of experiences in which things could have been bad but were instead good. I've pricematched items. Returned items. Had a package lost by the post office. Asked for clarification about versions of products (as features can sometimes change from generation to generation). And placed dozens of normal orders. They have always taken care of me, responded promptly in a friendly way, and are consistently good about getting orders out of the warehouse quickly. True, there's a return shipping fee. But it's a reasonable amount. Companies that offer free return shipping are factoring it in to their normal prices and / or having sales volume large enough to bargain with shipping companies. I will just take the lower prices and do my research about what products / sizing will work for me before ordering. Given the often amazing sale prices on MJ, it's totally worth it. Their spunky, fun vibe is also enjoyable. Good to have alternative options than REI for product selection, colors / size, and prices.

Moosejaw, I will forever hold you close to my heart for having this Bellroy Apex backpack in Raven that has been sold out for weeks and weeks on Bellroy and other online retailers. You only had one left! Not only did you have the item in stock, you provided a discount for first responders which won me over as a fan of Moosejaw for life. Your team shipped out the item quickly and efficiently. Thank you for such great experience. These experiences are hard to come by via online retail and you shined like a diamond!

I love Moosejaw! Their web site is super easy to use, they have a ton of great product selection, and returns are so easy. I always have a great online experience with them. I would say even better than Amazon. Moosejaw does it right from a digital and e-commerce perspective. Good job Moosejaw team.

We purchased the Leki walking sticks and the customer service was excellent. Super nice and friendly and pleasant! And coming in on this holiday needing some additional help, John, the general manager, helped us and went out of his way to get the info needed! Would go there again for sure! It’s a fun store with lots of wonderful products, even if you’re not totally into skiing and biking! There’s something there you will need!! Was a pleasure and thank you!
