Good quality timber, quick delivery and the real test was how quickly the Ruby Timber fixed an error with the delivery. Excellent service, I will use them again without hesitation.

The delivery was well within the dates given. The products look good. Slight glitch that some items didn't arrive but this was rectified quickly (would have been a 5 star otherwise)

Phoned to inquire why I’ve been charged £89 for a roll of roof membrane. When I only received 12 mtr off cuts that is sufficient for the job.but was not what I ordered.spoke to two different staff members one in sales the other customer service no one has called me back as.promised with a response!! UPDATE after receiving email from Adam at ruby. We reached a resolution to my complaint that we are both happy with
