I've ordered twice (professional dye and kit to use at home) and can't fault SB. Their site is easy to use, shipping is free and there are always great deals. I ordered at 4:30pm yesterday and my order arrived at 10am today! Will keep coming back.

Mazzi @ Marysville, WA store was absolutely phenomenal! She looked up my previous purchases to see if I had purchased an item previously, she carefully explained how each product's chemical reaction may benefit my hair with instructions. Mazzi was very friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable (more so than may chemist!). I am gobsmacked impressed! I love this store!

Pat went out of her way to help and follow up on an order I placed. She called me the second she realised one item wasn’t in stock, offered to travel to another store, collect it and let me know when to pop in. She called back immediately after realising there was a stock take which might delay her collecting it. She then called again once she did have it with her. I cannot thank her enough for her personal touch and customer service which went far above and beyond. When I met her at the store, she was as sunny and charming as I had expected. Great products, amazing service - couldn’t have been a better experience!

Today,Sunday ,September,24,I called Sally's beauty supplies store, to find out, if have black eye pencil, brand name PALLADIO. The girl, Jasmin, asked me if i prefer her to put the pencil on a side, and she did put 2 of them, I agree to buy 2.When I came to the store, there was another girl ,Olivia.Would like to let the Manager know, that these 2 absolutely wonderful, professional girls, deserve a some kind of a gift.
