I order the rug had some doubts about it but when it turned up it finished the room off lovely . The rug arrived in the time that the company said All in all we are very happy and will be using them again

First of all, the rug I ordered is great - love it - great quality and a good price. Had a little bit of a hitch with delivery ( no updates initially) but persevered and rug was delivered unexpectedly - fortunately I was at home to take delivery.

Managed to order a rug in the wrong size. Contacted customer services and they were very helpful and we managed to alter the order for the larger size rug. Rug arrived a couple of weeks later and was exactly as expected. The rug does shed some wool but we expected this as had ordered a similar one before from another supplier. Happy with the order and how my mistake was handled.
