Thanks Shindigz for coming thru!!! I know they were hit hard by Covid w/production time. Although there was a delay with my order, after emailing them they responded. They were kind enough to expedite shipping so that my order arrived in time for my event…very thankful to them for coming through!! Once again you did not disappoint, the banner is beautiful!! Happy customer for the past 11 years!!! I did contact the BBB with my concern and action by Shindigz was taken promptly to come to a satisfying resolution. I didn’t threaten but simply said I would like my item to be delivered in time for my event, so that I can give them a 5 star review as I’ve done in the past ;)

Despite the negative reviews, after chatting with Karin in customer service, I purchased a Homecoming proposal banner. Order was placed 09/28/21 and received 10/04/21. Great quality and we couldn't be happier. Also chatted with Kate on Facebook and she was very helpful as well. Would definitely order from this company again.

Even though order shipped in multiple shipments some delayed, they worked hard to get to me my 50th Birthday items. With patience, they will respond to emails. They are truly a good legitimate company!

Received a few party favours for my sons upcoming 5th birthday - fast shipping and happy with what I purchased. I will definitely buy from here again.
