Smarty – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Never had issues with Smarty. They’ve always been reliable and at a good price. I only wish you had an option for an eSIM and you allowed texts to be sent to free short code numbers, for example to be able to reply to my bank or to be able to text British Transport Police, at this time it doesn’t seem like it’s possible so I have had to change network provider.

Never have any problems with connection they take payment and let me know my plan has renewed. Hassle free service

Very reasonable charges, excellent communications and easy to set up, bring your original number over and maintain/upgrade your plan. In Cornwall where I live, there is good 4G signal in all but the most remote areas and 5G in most of the town areas, but that is the same for other providers too. So far it's been a great experience.

Pricing helpful and friendly staff. The time it takes for a reply in the first instance can be a bit long but after that very pleased.

I havnt been able to use mine for six months as the it is locked due to a a fault in the pin entry system .i will be taking it back to have it reset asap not happy seeing its insured too
