At first there was a big delay due to some shipping issue. I had trouble getting information about the progress of the package, but then Martin from customer service was of great help and it only took about a week to fix the issue! Thank you very much!!

I placed the order without a problem , site very user friendly, but the problem was stock had run out , but the person I dealt with is very solution oriented and soon found a replacement, delivery to Australia so prompt and delivered before the stated time , I look forward to dealing with this company again

I ordered this hit and miss motor after seeing it on a YouTube video. It will be a Christmas present for my son-in-law. It will be a nice addition to his collection of hit and miss motors. The transaction was smooth and it arrived early. I can't wait for him to open it! I will definitely order from you again in the future!

Well it wasnt so great i had bought a hm01 rtr and waited 4 weeks and it didnt ship right away not in stock so i waited was told it would be 2 more weeks for a rtr unit but the kit would ship right away so a opted for a kit it came and i started to assemble it till i found that the cam gear didnt have a section of gear teeth not cut contacted stirlingkit and was told that i would have to wait to receive a new gear because new parts arent in stock and they had to order a gear from the manufacturer and I waited and waited.3 weeks with no reply about shippment of new gear The only way I could get a new gear was threatening them with ( hey i payed with paypal and i dont have what i payed for and pp with refund me and leave stirling kit hanging for there funds) i said to them take a gear from a kit you have in stock why should i have to be put out and wait for something i payed good money for after threating of no payment through PayPal and pp has your back they did step up and sent a crankshaft with the gear in place and the engine is a fine Example of a hit and miss engine and in about i one day i got a email your parts have been sent i will really have to think about buying a expensive Engine from someone that doesn’t keep parts in stock !!!!
