Sweaty Betty – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I had an issue with a pair of leggings I recently ordered. I contacted SB support team (Allie) and they were very quick in responding to me, and immediately arranged shipment of a replacement pair.

Excellent service. Placed an order but on delivery 3 items were missing from the package (tho the tracking info said they’d been despatched). Contacted Sweaty Betty customer support, Anne-Marie replied REALLY quickly asking for further info and some photos of the packaging. The following day Emma got in touch to say that the missing items were going to be despatched. The missing items arrived today. The speed and ease with which this issue was resolved was exemplary!

I just want to say a massive thank you to Claire at the Edinburgh George St branch. She was very knowledgeable and guided me on what items would be best for me. Great customer service and I will be back in store rather than purchasing online in future. Thanks Claire!

Very good customer service from Anna and Amanda - prompt replies and they dealt with the issue quickly (a discount hadn't been applied to my order). I ordered a few essential vest tops and they are great.
