Had an issue with a damaged earring and they fixed it with no issue. Milly and Parris were exceptional in their customer service skills. I've never had such wonderful customer service so Milly deserves a shout out. I hope she gets a bonus! Great earrings. Fab business.

Unfortunately the back came off my earring and Toolally were able to repair it in a very short time.

I recently ordered 2 pairs of pebble earrings in the sale.....one of the earrings arrived with a line across the middle of the pebble....I contacted Customer Services (Abigail) and within 3 days I had a replacement earring......there was no quibble at all......hugely impressed with Abigail's efficiency and love the earrings.

Amazing earrings, lucky enough to own several pairs. They are beautifully made, lightweight and give any outfit an instant uplift. Customer service is fantastic. I recently had to have one pair repaired, they were super helpful and they got fixed very quickly. Very happy customer - thank you!
