Wayfair – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I am shocked at the scores here. I've ordered from Wayfair for many many years and had great experiences over and over whether it was something for my home or for my office. Love Wayfair. Always arrives in a timely fashion, just as appeared online and quality products. I've ordered lovely rugs for my office, sofas, desks, wood rack for my firewood .... you name it - along with these last chairs and a coffee table for my porch. All terrific. Don't know how people can have given these negative reviews --- makes no sense to me. AND the remarks about the customer service.... ??? I called them and have gotten bright, personable, helpful staff. Are we talking about the same place? I'm really perplexed.

I Purchased a day ago the dash 8 inch heart shaped waffle maker. I wanna share this with all the customers that plan to buy one in the front of the unit. It has a latch. Do not use that latch to close the waffle maker when making waffles because that will expand when the waffle is cooking and it could pop up or break off You keep that in an unlocked position leaning up against the bottom half of the waffle maker itself that latch is only used for upright storage. Thank you. The item is awesome. I love it if you love hearts like I do you will love this waffle maker.

Had my order delivered by fed ex, I received a picture of item delivered on someone's else porch, I call wayfair, they tell me get with fed ex, why couldn't they follow up with FedEx, they used them as they delivery. Did not try in no way in trying to get my order or refund my money on item I never received!

I’ve always had good experiences with ordering from Wayfair — just make sure you check your furniture for any damages or dents right when it arrives. Our ottoman and couch arrived smoothly and in perfect condition, and looked just like we expected from the specs online.

I have been a customer with Wayfair for the last 10 years. Honestly, I've had great experiences. I do wish that I have a better way to measure the furniture that I purchase because they show up too small than I imagined, but other than that customer service has been great. They have sent me replacement parts, screws, and even partial refunds. I don't really have any complaints.
