It seems like everyday we have complaints about our online purchases or even local businesses . Customer satisfaction appears to be an obsolete concept, BUT hold on! Wayfair is amazing in a great way!!! I recently had an issue with a seam in a cushion on a sofa I purchased from Wayfair . I thought perhaps I could get a replacement cushion , imagine my surprise when a brand new soda was delivered to my home. !!!! Wayfair, you went above and beyond and you deserve a huge thank you ! You have a huge fan in me!

I have ordered from Wayfair several times. Each time, I found the prices Very reasonable and everything is ALWAYS delivered on time or before the date they quoted. My recent order was a 56" Dayelu cat tree by Tucker Mayfield. Very easy to assemble and was just how it was described. My cats and I Love it. I definitely will be ordering from Wayfair again!!

Sent me the wrong product, came damaged and now the want to charge me to send it back However after talking with customer service they did cover my cost to ship it back to them. A great big ty to them.Thank you Wayfair Glenn 😊

I'm very happy with the patio sectional that was delivered today. Wayfair does a great job of providing tracking information and the white glove delivery guys were on time, friendly and helpful. I've been using Wayfair for years and am very pleased with their quality and service. Most orders have had no problems. I've had a few past issues, but they always addressed the problem right away. They have sent me a missing part and even sent out a technician to replace and adjust a dresser for me.

I always find something great in quality for the price. And they keep me informed of the delivery status and always follow up to ensure my experience was a positive one.
