We had issues with the app, and our customer service rep was quick to respond. They apologized profusely for the inconvenience and then told us for our troubles they would like to send us a new product from their inventory, at no cost. Best customer service experience I’ve had so far.

We purchased the sync 2 for Christmas however just couldn’t get it to charge after a number of tries we upgraded to the jive but then had issues with the app, after nearly giving up I contacted we-vibe directly after seeing it takes between 5/8 days for a reply I wasn’t overly hopeful but they got in touch after just a day they where fabulous with the help and support given. It makes such a nice chance to receive good customer service. Thank you again

The customer service was amazing, with my warranty problem and was sorted very quick no problems at all. I provided my receipt and the problem was sorted straight away. Would highly recommend anyone to use we vibe.

Mein We-Vibe Melt (mein absolutes Lieblingstoy) ist unerwartet nach einem Jahr kaputtgegangen, wurde mir aber dank der 2-jährigen Garantie innerhalb von einer Woche ersetzt. Der Kundenservice war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde jederzeit wieder bei We-Vibe bestellen, tolle Produkte und super Kundenservice. DANKE!
