Their company is based in China, and they do not provide return labels. I attempted to return items that did not fit, but to do so shipping would be about $100! Also, their customer service is horrendous & it is impossible to get through to anyone. Their responses are copy/paste & they repeat the same things over & over again. After looking into the company further, they look very sketchy. If you look into them further, they have literally no background information & no owner listed. Seems like another mass produced company like Shein, except they are overpriced. I highly discourage you from risking purchasing from this company. If the items do not fit, you are stuck with them!!

Scammers. Purchased multiple items ( spend over 370$) items weee list in transit. Shipper never insured my package! Really??? And they refuse to do anything. All they saying is that they shipped and if I want my items I need to buy them again

The shipping takes three weeks and custom fee is high because the items came from China. The sizing in items was wrong and the pants were completely see through. Returning the items was impossible! I wish, I had read the reviews before ordering anything from them. Total waste of money!

The fit and trims are completely off and it doesn’t look or feel as good as I expected it to be from the photos. All bras and leggings are made with fewer materials if that makes sense. So in the photo, the bra would look longer than it is in reality. Which is the exact same issue with almost anything that comes from AliExpress. The shipping details were from China as well so here goes my “benefit of the doubt” for you.

Received the 'Flex Sports Long Sleeve Crop Top' 2.5 weeks after purchase. The top looked exactly like it did in the photos. Fabric was soft, not too thin and felt like nice quality. Packaging was also nice. Very happy with purchase. Side note: If you buy this top according to your measured size, it won't be as tight or supportive as a proper sports bra. I thought the top might have been tighter since the model didn't seem to be wearing a bra in the photos, and the top also comes with those removable bra pads. Still very comfortable though!
