Track OnTrac Packages & Parcels

I just received my delivery from Walmart. I am so happy that finally Walmart used a shipping company ("ontrac") whose employee followed my directions that are easily done (read) of any shipping companys employees. The young man followed the printed instructions, bringing my delivery to my door. AND,,, as he passed the desk man on the way up to my apartment (on the third floor) he grabbed the package that I would have been forced to go fetch myself. (from Walmart yesterday) WOW. I do hope that Walmart continues to use this shipping company that sent a smiling, attentive young man to carry 20+ pounds of purchases to my door as requested. Thank you Ontrac shipping.

MY EXPERIENCE: I received my package shipped by OnTrac earlier than the expected date with no issues at all. The carrier even followed my extra delivery instructions, which I am very appreciative of. RESPONDING TO OTHER REVIEWS: Some reviews reference not receiving a package, which is likely not OnTrac's fault but rather due to the fact that some international sellers are attempting to scam U.S. buyers by not shipping a real product. Check the weight of the package listed on OnTrac's site to see if this is the case. That being said, I'm sure there are some cases in which OnTrac workers steal a package, but this was not my experience and I would not initially be worried simply because something you ordered is being shipped by OnTrac.

Had a great experience, but when I first read the reviews and my delivery got delayed. It sent me into panic. I had ordered a AC from Home Depot and was hoping to get it and not bake to a tender crisp. Luckily I only got one delay. Around 1pm I heard a loud thud opened my door and Hector was there with my package. A sense of relief came over me. He even delivered my package up two flights of stairs for me. Very grateful I didn’t have a nightmare experience like so many others. However I probably would not continue to order from companies who use Ontrac just based on their 1 star rating. This was the most stressful delivery of my life. Glad it ended positive for me, and I can only hope and pray future deliveries to customers get workers like Hector. He was very nice and went above and beyond. That’s my only reason for my 5 star rating is because of Hector.

After a tiring journey from Gatwick, we were so impressed with an operator at Dorking station. The lift was out of action and we had a heavy suitcase. Daniel Agbolosoo, cheerfully took it up and over to the correct platform for us.
