Macy's Tracking Order Status

Recently Macys customer service haven't been what it used to be but today I went to green acres mall and met the most wonderful and helpful associates in fragrances department! Alisha and Patty made my shopping day so much better! They had great advice on what to choose as gifts. Shout out to both of them!

They have a good selection of items for men some of it was great the prices are kind of high but it's a good store for a lot of items

The employee Victoria Mellado was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. She made our purchase a pleasurable and unique experience. I recommend an excellent evaluation as a sales specialist that reflects positively on a salary increase. Above all, because salespeople like Victoria Mellado are the ones who make the customer come back to Macys for more.

Macy's for the most part is a reliable company and I generally receive items in a few days. However, before the holidays they sent me the wrong sweater that I had ordered, and by the time I received it, the original sweater was no longer in stock. The good news is that my husband ended up loving the 'wrong' sweater and so we decided to keep it. At least it was the same brand and price point (Ralph Lauren), and was excellent quality. They just need to double check orders before they send them out.
