Walgreens Tracking Order Status

Walgreens 137 and 40thst. I had a positive experience with the pharmacy worker at Walgreens. Rebecca, she was polite and answered all my questions about my medication, also she proceeded to find better deals and values for me by signing me up with my phone number to Walgreens. I appreciated her willingness to help me. I hope that there are more people out there who offer this type of customer service. I will continue to pick up my medication in this Walgreens due to her.

I was buying a product for $19.99 with a $5 coupon, but only worked if you scanned it with your smart phone. My phone is a dumb phone or what people call a throw away phone. The check out clerk, Deborah, scanned it for my use and saved me $5. I really like it that she cared to help me.

I asked the employee if they had power steering fluid and he was flat out rude he was rolling his eyes and before I even asked the question he was acting like I did somthing to him. Then I was buying toilet paper that was 16 dollars and some scents but it said on sale for $9.99 and I paid the full price which is not that big of a deal but I just wanted to add that in there and I wish I would’ve spent the money that I was advertised to spend and I am also not the type to complain but customers don’t deserve to be treated like that unless they treat you like that first

I go to my local Walgreens for prescriptions and shopping because it’s very convenient. The service I get at the pharmacy is good. However, the customer service I get at the general checkout is subpar. There are three or four workers who are rude. Most never say hello and thank you, and you can forget asking for help because it doesn’t happen. Sometimes they gather together when they’re supposed to be stocking and talk and laugh loudly about their personal lives. I’m used to being glared at, stared at, and not spoken to when I check out. However, after this morning’s transaction when I asked to use my Walgreen’s Cash towards my purchase and the cashier rolled her eyes at me, I’m DONE. I told the cashier that she had an attitude and she said “Absolutely not!” along with more glaring. I’ve spent a lot of money at this Walgreen’s over the years. From now on, I will be only using the pharmacy.

Low quality of customer service. Empty shelves. Long lines for prescriptions. Btw Plastic containers for meds should be banned everywhere. Walgreens uses huge containers just for a few small pills 💊 that must stop ✋
