Utilicé sus servicios durante unos meses, los cuales me han parecido excepcionales por el precio que tienen. Pero sobre todo me gustaría destacar el soporte asombroso que tienen, rápido y preciso.

I've been a customer of Adobe since 2012 and this week I was completely blown away by their costumer service. My case was rather complicated (employment changes, two relocations, several taxing systems...) and a human assistance was required, not a reaponsive bot. Through the chat in Adobe's website I was connecter to a smart, quick and clever human being who patiently solved everything (re-purchasing, ownership changing, refunding...) It was neither pushy, nor too nice - it was professional and efficient. Pure good service. Unbelievably good, really.

Seems I'm the same as others here, however with a happy ending Adobe stuidio is a great suite of applications, however, for personal use it's very steep at nearly £30 a month. Yesterday i cancelled the subscription because i cannot afford to pay the monthly fee, and instead they charged £128.15 for the privelege of cancelling. Why? Anyway, I jumped on the chat to explain my circumstances, and the agent 'Kenzoleez' said "I do understand, what best I can do for you is to refund the cancelation amount, and which you will receive within 5-7 working days to the same card it was charged. Would that be good?" I don't really understand why they charge a cancellation fee like finance companies do, but I can see why finance companies do it. I'm so happy, you have no idea how much this is going to help me, and hopefully I can sign back up in the future when i'm in a better financial position.
