Their customer service is amazing! I have never dealt with such a high level of service for an online purchase. The return process was simple and they really just want to get you in the best swimsuit that suits your figure and taste. The quality of their swimwear is high end, I was really impressed with the cut and fabric of the piece I finally purchased. The fact that they make Long Torso swimsuits really sets them apart and is a godsend for people like me that have struggled for many years to find a one piece that fits properly. I purchased the Mykonos and it's so flattering and even a little bit sexy! I'm really really happy with this business and my purchase :)

I absolutely love the swimsuits! The quality is outstanding, from the fabric to the fit, to construction. I am so thankful for the long torso options. I had an issue with an order not shipping out when expected. I sent an email and was promptly responded to by a CX product coordinator named Ashley. I worked retail for over 15 years. I know what good customer service looks like. Ashley was GREAT! Well done Andieswim, your garments are superb & so is your customer service. I will be a customer for life & I am showing off my amazing suits to all my friends & family!

I ordered a swimsuit that unfortunately was too short in the back. I responded to a Customer Service email to express my concerns Friday night, May 26. I expected to hear from them Tuesday, May 30 given the holiday. I was stunned and surprised to receive several responses throughout the weekend! Amazing Follow-up and assistance. Yesterday I received a replacement swimsuit with a longer torso fit and it fits perfectly! Kristina was a rock star with her assistance and I feel like a starlet in this gorgeous swimsuit. AAAAA+++++
