So if youre needing cases of bottled water to be delivered from the Lone Tree store you might want to re consider. I immediately notified Sam's and here is the letter that I received. The manager just reached out to me and filed a complaint with their 3rd party delivery service and as well credited my account!! Dear , Thank you for recently shopping at our club. Sincerely, Ean Loupe Merch Manager Sam's Club 303 799 3599 _______________________________________________________________________________ Mr. Loupe (Merchandise Manager) Your driver delivered my order of 5 cases of bottled water and set it in front of my front door making it near impossible to bring the water inside my house. If I was inside my house and opened my front door it would have been impossible to bring the water inside my house let alone leave my house. This incident could have been escalated if I needed to leave my house in the event of an emergency. I attempted to bring in one case inside and fell. It almost suggests that your driver deliberately did this on purpose. I receive plenty of other packages and those drivers always deliver just to the side of my door like it should be. I consider this incident to be negligence. You should be able to look at your delivery orders from 6/18/2024 and identify the driver quickly. Besides reprimanding the driver, My understanding is that Sam's utilizes 3rd party (UPS & Fedex) for its deliveries which is besides the point. I am requesting a refund regarding my order of (5) bottled water cases and delivery should be compensated to me at no charge. I will be waiting for your response and resolution prior to escalating this issue to corporate.

I went to Sam's Club to the cafe and purchase the pizza and yogurt for the kids and the employees James and Diamond are exceptional employees. Super polite, super fast, very respectful. I'll give him a 10 star. If I still have my restaurants I would hire them away.

Would buy more often if you accepted anthem food card

I am eating in the café at Sam’s Club, in Montgomery, Alabama and I just want to comment on the excellence of two employees , Diamond and James. These two people are super good, fast, happy, very courteous even when there’s 40 people waiting in line. I come two or three times a week to Sam’s Club because I love the hotdogs and I love the pizza and I love yogurt and several times I’ve been in Sam’s Club these two are here, their speed is tremendous and the personalities of these to James and Diamond are exceptional. I’m retired and owned businesses, and I understand good employees because I have had several of them. Also, I have a doctors degree in business. I like to write about people that are exceptional and give them an advantage because they love their jobs, they work hard, and they deserve, a good pay. These two are good for management.

I like to do my shopping at Sam's especially with thier added discounts and the sams cash it helps lower the prices. On the app it even breaks down the price per item even tho your buying it in bulk. It's always clean in the sams I have been to, the one in Burleson tx, Duncanville tx, Lewsville tx, and Pennsylvania are some of the best ones I have been to and cleanest. I haven't ran into many bad employees thier yet, but I don't like the people thier that are third party trying to sale electricity and stuff while I'm thier to get groceries (just my preference) I do like that sams has those places set up to try new things because some are actually good and some are not, it gives me an opportunity to decide it I like a new product before I decide to buy it.
