NordPass Tracking Order Status

2 stars as: Was easy to import my passwords in from another vendor & issued me a refund as had multiple tickets open pending developers and I didn’t want to wait any longer. I took advantage of a deal of 2 years for approx £40 total. There were a few teething issues as I got used to the move from LastPass. I had to raise a bug for support as mobile app plugin on IOS kept glitching. I provided all info (my IOS, the logs they require, a video of what was happening etc), and support still continued to write back asking me for these items! They didn’t even bother to read what I put in. Chrome browser kept logging me out so raised a ticket on this and blamed it on my antivirus… Asked for a refund and was told no as it’s over 30 days. I stated poor service / open tickets with no fix dates and asked to escalate, have received notification I will get a refund in 5-10 days.

Nathan, my chat support tech was excellent. His communication was very clear and concise. The response time was excellent!

In the end, following the instructions that I was given, and precisely entering with another account of mine, all my data appeared again. Thanks to the patience and efficiency of the NordPass support team the problem has been overcome. Thank you very much

I reached out to chat support because of an issue on my end when signing up for an account and the representative Andrew was extremely helpful, courteous and answered all my questions quickly.

I lost both my "master password" and my "recovery code" and Kurt did a very wonderful job explaining how to retrieve them without having to "reset" the "vault." Where my P/W's are stored. Thank you again for your wonderful help. I'm going to try and retrieve it through my Android Phone like Kirk had mentioned to me in "chat" box. I'm just "new" at using NORDVPN, so still learning how to use these features.
